RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that certain items, such as swimwear and underwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. For online purchases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
